Making Reservations



 Please call (toll free) 1-877-551-1460 to make your reservation.
 We accept cash, personal checks, traveler's checks, Master Card and Visa. (Sorry no American Express or Discover).
 A deposit of $300 is required to confirm. Deposit can be made via credit card or check. If making deposit by check, we will only hold the reservation 10 days from date of your tentative reservation
 Deposit does not apply towards rent and is held until after your departure.
 Reservations made within 10 days of arrival must be confirmed via credit card.
 Rates are subject to change without notice.
 Beachfront Rentals & Sales reserves the right to change unit assignments; a comparable substitution will be made whenever possible.

Cancellations

 Reservation cancellation during peak months, (Memorial Day through Labor Day) require 30 days notice for full deposit refund. Cancellations between 30 and 16 days of arrival are charged the deposit p
 Reservation cancellations during other than peak months require a 15 day or more notice for full refund. Cancellations between 15 days and 8 days of arrival are charged the deposit plus a $20.00 proc
 No penalties applied if reservation is cancelled within the first 24 hours after making the reservation.

Check In

 Beachfront Rentals & Sales is located in the lobby of The INN at Dauphin Island, which is located at 1801 Bienville Blvd., Dauphin Island, AL 36528.
 Payment must be made in full upon arrival. Late arrivals must pay the next business day.
 Late arrivals: Please notify Beachfront Rentals and Sales if you expect to arrive after 5 PM for instructions on where and how to obtain keys to your rental unit.

Pets

  SORRY, no pets are allowed in any rental unit. Violation of this policy will result in full rent and forfeiture of your deposit.

Keys

 Only two keys per unit will be issued to rental guests. If keys are lost or you fail to return both sets at departure, guest will be charged $65.00 to re-key the unit.

Parking

 Due to limited parking we will issue 1 parking pass for a 1-bedroom unit and 2 passes for any other size unit. Any vehicle without a parking pass will be subject to being towed at owner's expense.
 No boats, trailers or RVs allowed in the parking lot.
